Founded in 2015 by a couple, Rico (a passionate baker) and Len (an industry practitioner, a passionate teacher and a baker), the two have been committed to serving up delicious goodies to all of their loyal customers for years. BrodPan Bread & Pastry focuses on providing a delightful bakery experience on baking Classic Cheesy Ensaymadas, Flavored Ensaymadas (e.g. Dulce De Leche, Mango, Chocolate, Pandan and many more flavors) by inspiring a culture of pride and satisfaction in their workplace.
